Friday's results l Live results l Schedule of Events ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Nazareth's men's and women's track and field teams were in action Friday as they opened the New York State Collegiate Track Conference Championships, hosted by RIT. Friday's top performances were by juniors Luis Rivera and Taylor Pierson, who both collected second-place finishes in their respective events. In the men's 35-pound weight throw, Rivera had a mark of 18.28 meters (59 ft., 11 3/4 in.), while Pierson had a mark of 5.41 meters (17 ft., 9 in.) in the women's long jump. The meet resumes Saturday.
