Results l ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Nazareth's men's and women's track and field teams were in action again on Saturday when the Golden Flyers traveled to the University of Rochester for the Spring Invitational. Several athletes turned in personal bests. Senior Jake Lafaver claimed first in the 400-meter dash with a time of :50.75 while junior Michaela Gildemeyer's took first in the women's 400 event with a time of :59.65. Gildemeyer's time was a personal best over her previous best of 1:00.68, which she ran at the Washington & Lee meet in March.
